{"id":264,"date":"2019-04-18T22:17:02","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T20:17:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alligatorslanderneau.com\/?page_id=264"},"modified":"2026-03-24T10:38:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T09:38:48","slug":"les-stages-initiation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/alligatorslanderneau.com\/index.php\/lanimation-vers-le-public-exterieur\/lanimation-dete\/les-stages-initiation\/","title":{"rendered":"Les stages Initiation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durant les vacances scolaires , le club propose des stages d&rsquo;initiation cano\u00eb-kayak \u00e0 destination des jeunes: <br>Ces stages se d\u00e9roulent sur 3 demi-journ\u00e9es au club afin d&rsquo;apprendre les rudiments de la navigation  suivies d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re  sur un autre site de navigation ( rade de Brest, c\u00f4te nord &#8230;) choisi en fonction de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o. <br>Les conditions pour y participer sont d&rsquo;avoir 8 ans r\u00e9volus, de savoir nager et de ne pas avoir de contre-indication \u00e0 la pratique des sports nautiques.
